We use multiple shipping providers, all orders are sent fully insured. We use a manual tracker due to the different providers, a link to this can be found on the store page. As the seller we are responsible for making any queries to the shipping provider in the event of delayed, damaged or missing items however we require your assistance when needed. (You will be required to provide photo evidence of damage to packaging etc)
We use; Royal mail. Evri and Inpost to deliver.
Once an order is delivered you have 48 hours to report any issues with your delivery or any transit related damage.

When attending events at our club, it is essential to adhere to our strict rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. The use of hard drugs is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the venue. Furthermore, we ask all members to refrain from revving engines, as this can disturb fellow attendees and disrupt the atmosphere we strive to maintain.
Respect is paramount at our events; therefore, any form of abuse towards fellow members, attendees, or staff will not be tolerated. We pride ourselves on fostering a friendly and welcoming environment, so we encourage everyone to be polite and courteous. Additionally, please take care of our pitch and ensure that all rubbish is disposed of in the appropriate bins provided throughout the venue.
To ensure a smooth operation, we ask all attendees to comply with all venue rules and to follow traffic regulations, particularly keeping to a safe speed while entering and exiting the premises. Remember that tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure to plan accordingly. Finally, please extend respect to our event organisers, as their hard work allows us to enjoy these fantastic occasions together.

By placing any order, you are agreeing to all policies and content of this page as well as the specific terms of purchase.

Once an order is placed it may only be discussed with the customer directly.
Membership terms apply to all and any orders for membership, should you find your membership revoked for any reason you will not receive a refund.
Quality
All items are hand, custom made to order. Design placement and size may vary. Garment brand and materials used may vary from order to order depending on supplier availability.
Vouchers and gift cards
Vouchers and gift cards hold no cash value and are subject to a 1 year expiry.
Discounts
Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to withdraw discounts at any given time.
Shipping
We use multiple shipping providers, all orders are sent fully insured. We are responsible for communication with the shipping provider and will do this on your behalf, please contact us via email. (Please note this does not apply if it concerns your nominated safe place for parcel delivery)

The right to cancel
In the UK, which we are governed from, there is a 14-day cooling-off period for most purchases, but this does not apply to custom-made items and orders may not be cancelled or amended after payment is made.
Order acceptance
You have 72 hours from the date/time of delivery to report any issues with your order, this includes any issues of quality or incorrect items - for issues with shipping you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues. Once this time has lapsed we are unable to offer assistance.
While we offer the option of adding additional customisation to your order of hoodies etc, we do have some limitations on what we may print. Ultimately, the discretion to print falls to our team. This is not a paid service, and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any point.
We will not print:
- Other club names
- Company names
- Copyrighted or trademarked phrases or terms
- Photos or graphics
Personalisation of already-custom items is not a charged service and is not guaranteed. There are a handful of reasons we may not be able to complete personalisation to your custom made order including but not limited to; exceeded character limit, unavailability of material, promotion of another club or company,
All sales are final, due to the custom made, personalised nature of what we sell, we do not issue refunds or exchanges.
In the rare instance that an order gets lost or damaged in transit, we will contact the shipping provider. You must allow us 30 working days for us to contact and resolve this with the third party shipping provider. Once the case is resolved we will then issue a replacement order.
If an item is to be returned under warranty then you are eligible for a replacement order only, we do not offer refunds.

Items sold from our web store are subject to the following terms of warranty:
Stickers and self adhesive vinyl items
Warranty covers any errors in production or damage in transit, we do not cover spelling errors or mistakes customer side.
We do not offer warranty for application. Vinyl failure is not covered due to the amount of care variables.
Self adhesive vinyl warranty reports must be made within 48 hours of delivery of your order, any reports made outside of this timeframe will not be actioned.
HTV items including clothing, lanyards, bags & others
HTV items are warrantied for vinyl failure, errors in production, damage in transit, vinyl defects.
All HTV warranty claims must be made within 30 days of your order being received, any reports out of this time will not be actioned.
Washing or unreasonable use of the item will void warranty. (Unreasonable use includes improper storage, unintended use like if a lanyard snaps while it has been used for something other than the intended use, or if an item of clothing has been
Returning a warranty claim
All warranty claims have to be approved by a member of our order admin team, and once approved you will be provided a return shipping label. The shipping service provider will depend on what is most convenient for you.
Once your shipping label has been provided you must ship your return within 14 days. Failure to return your order using the shipping label provided will void your warranty claim.
All returns must be packaged well, in like for like materials you received your order in and secured properly.
Receiving your replacement
Warranty claims are only eligible for a replacement or repair, it is our discretion as to which is issued. Your rectified order will be sent within 3 weeks for self adhesive items or 16 weeks for HTV items.
